Ask7 Terms of Use
Effective September 9, 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean original, the Korean version prevails.
Article 1Purpose and Nature of the Service
These Terms set out the conditions for using Ask7 (the “Service”). The Service is an entertainment and reference service that shows simulation results from an AI persona panel in response to a one-sentence question entered by the user.
- The numbers and quotes in the results are simulations generated by artificial intelligence. They are not a real opinion poll or the opinions of real people.
- The Service does not provide professional advice in any field, such as legal, medical, psychological or financial advice, and does not replace consultation with a professional.
- Use the results for reference, but make important decisions based on your own judgment and, where necessary, with the help of a professional.
Article 2Eligibility
- The Service may be used only by people aged 14 or older. People under the age of 14 may not use the Service.
- Users under the age of 19 are encouraged to use the Service under a guardian's guidance.
- The Service can be used without signing up, and once you start using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 3Prohibited Questions and Uses
The following questions and uses are prohibited, and the Service may refuse or limit a verdict.
- Questions that promote illegal or dangerous acts or seek ways to carry them out: buying, making or taking narcotics or other drugs, drunk driving, underage drinking or smoking, illegal gambling, weapons or explosives, ways to commit crimes, and the like
- Questions that describe sexual acts or seek methods or techniques for them, questions intended to cause sexual arousal, and questions about prostitution, non-consensual acts, or illegal filming or distribution. Sexual content involving minors is prohibited in all cases.
- Questions seeking methods of self-harm or suicide, and plans to assault, kill or harass others
- Content that disparages, defames or expresses hatred toward a specific person or group, and questions that include other people's personal information, such as their real name, contact details, address or photos
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service, such as automated bulk requests or attempts to bypass safety measures
Article 4Refusal of Verdicts and Safety Mode
- The Service may refuse, without prior notice, to give a verdict on a question that falls under Article 3 or is judged to fall under it.
- If a user asks whether they themselves may do something that could be dangerous or illegal, the Service may respond in safety mode. Safety mode results are presented only in a way that does not support that action, and no share link or share card is provided.
- If signs of a crisis, such as self-harm or suicide, are detected, the Service shows counseling information instead of a verdict.
- Private and sensitive concerns, such as relationships between adults or married life, are judged only from the standpoint of consent, communication and health, without any description, and such verdicts come with no share link, share card, votes from real users or ads. Verdicts in this area are not provided to users whose profile age group is Teens.
- Classification is automated, so errors may occur. If you believe your question was unfairly refused, let us know using the contact information in Article 9.
- The operator may adjust the criteria and methods for verdicts from time to time for safety.
Article 5Share Links and Visibility
- When you choose “Share link”, the verdict report is stored, and anyone who has the link can view that report without signing in.
- A shared report includes the original text of the question you entered (including the earlier context when you use “Ask a follow-up”), the verdict numbers and label, reactions by generation and gender, and the panel's quotes. The verdict is also shown in the link preview (OG image).
- Shared reports may be exposed to search engines or third-party services. Do not share questions that contain other people's personal information or details of their private lives.
- Shared reports that infringe the rights of others or violate the law or these Terms may be deleted without notice, and you may request deletion of a report you created using the contact information in Article 9.
Article 6Storage and Use of Questions and Results
The questions you enter, the verdict results and the votes from real users may be stored and used to improve the Service and to produce anonymous statistics. The personal information processed, how long it is retained and your rights are governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 7Content and Intellectual Property
- You may freely share the verdict cards provided by the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not remove or change the Service attribution on the cards (the Ask7 name and notice text).
- The Service's intellectual property, including the Ask7 name, logo, characters and screen designs, belongs to the operator, and commercial use without prior permission is prohibited.
- The rights to the questions you enter belong to you, and you permit the operator to use them within the scope of Article 6.
Article 8Limitation of Liability
- The results of the Service are generated by artificial intelligence, and the operator does not warrant their accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on the results and for their consequences.
- Because the Service is provided free of charge, the operator is not liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damages arising from use of the Service. However, this does not apply to damages caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice.
Article 9Reports and Inquiries
Please send reports of inappropriate results, requests to delete share links, objections to a refused verdict and any other inquiries to the email address below. We will review them and reply as quickly as possible.
Article 10Changes to These Terms and Governing Law
- The operator may change these Terms, and the changed Terms take effect when they are posted on this page. If you continue to use the Service after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the change.
- These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to use of the Service are handled by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
